Delivery Policy
We will dispatch your goods by post or courier within five working days of receiving payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The quality of our products enables us to confidently offer a 30 Day refund policy. However, we are required to advise
you of your rights under New Zealand law:
You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your
transaction (the "Enrollment Date:") which is required by new Zealand Law or within 30 days which is
Homelink Enterprises (NZ) Limited refund policy.
Cancellation of Products received:
You may cancel and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. Should you wish to canel the purchase within the 30 day
grace period, the cancellation will need to be submitted in writing. Once this written cancellation is received and the
product is returned in new, re-sellable condition within 10 days of cancellation you will receive a refund within 30 days.
If the product is not returned in the same condition as received, your request for a refund will be denied.
Cancellation of Training Classes:
You may cancel and receive a refund within 30 days of registration. Should you register with less than thirty days left
prior to the commencement of the training class, the grace period extends only to the start date of the training class.
If you attend the entire first day of the training class and are not convinced the subject matter is right for you for any
reason you may request and receive a prompt and courteous refund for the tuition amount (Within 30 days of your
cancellation in writing). Your request for refund must be in writing before leaving the training class at the end of the
first day. If your written request is not received by a member of Homelink Enterprises (NZ) Limited then your refund will not be
granted. Not attending the Training Class does not constitute grounds for a refund and none will be issued.
Training Class Specials / Package Deals:
If you purchase any package deal offered at any training class held by Homelink Enterprises (NZ) Limited, or its associates
that the 30 day refund policy for any products or training classes stated above will be in force, however special
conditions will apply (if you cancel any one product or training class/service offered at a discount as a package deal
then the remaining products or training class/service will automatically default to the full retail price) and you need
to discuss your specific refund requirements with the accounts division of Homelink Enterprises (NZ) Limited and associates and
the refund will be at the sole discretion of Homelink Enterprises (NZ) Limited
Administration Fee:
All refunds whether for a Product or a Training Class are subject to a $250 administration fee. That charge will be
withdrawn from the agreed full refund amount.
